A Fantastic Day on the Greens

What a day at Club Lake Cathie! Our greens were buzzing with energy as Little Learners from four local schools came together for a fantastic Barefoot Bowls event. It was a brilliant display of community spirit, with young players giving it their all in a fun and friendly competition.

Congratulations to Forster, who took home the win after a great final against Lake Cathie. Both teams played an excellent game, and the competitive spirit on display made for a memorable afternoon for everyone involved.

Events like this are exactly what community sport is all about – getting kids active, learning a new skill, and enjoying a great day out together. Barefoot Bowls is one of those activities that’s easy to pick up and loads of fun for all ages and abilities.
