The Hastings Cancer Trust received a generous donation of over $3700 from the Women’s Bowlers at their annual Biggest Afternoon Tea event. The fundraiser was a huge success, with over 100 attendees enjoying delicious scones from Lake Cathie Bakery and a fabulous fashion parade by Postie Styling with Kimberly. Prizes and gifts were generously donated by local businesses including Bonny Hills Garden Centre, Caramels, Lakeside Bargains & Homeware, Bonny Hills Pharmacy, Lake Cathie Discount Chemist, Amanda’s Mobile Hairdressing, The Cabana, Hair, Nails & Beauty, Angove Wines, and many others. The support and contributions from the community were truly heartwarming.
The event was a true reflection of a small town with a big heart, showcasing the spirit of unity and generosity. It was a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together, show support for a great cause, and enjoy a fantastic afternoon filled with fun and camaraderie.
